If you are topping up and an extra or free top-up amount was credited to your card (for example, as a result of a network campaign) and you have not received this, please contact the customer service of your provider. They can determine what may have gone wrong in the transaction. They can also correct mistakes remotely if you have not received the additional credit.
Tip: switch off your phone on daily base to gather the latest network data including possible top up data, which you should automatically receive.
